Dec. 12 Alexander Saldana, 49, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 14 Emily Martin, 25, of Tucson, Az., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 17 Jon Gambino, 24, of Pine Island, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to Orange County Jail on $375 bail.
