    Aug. 16 A 17-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree attempted assault, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal possession of a stolen property and petit larceny. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 17 Anne Marie Miele, 42, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was released to reappear in town court. Keber Basutista-Rosario, 38, of Yonkers, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree menacing. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on $1,500 bail. Mary Ellen Jockle, 42, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 19 Binyam Hamilton, 22, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree burglary. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on $2,500 bail. Patrick Akin, 22, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree burglary.
