He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on $1,500 bail. Mary Ellen Jockle, 42, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
