Oct. 31 Richard Houlihan, 37, of Maspeth, was arrested on a bench warrant charging second-degree Criminal Contempt. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail. Nov. 1 Laura Lolya, 52, of Chester, was charged with two counts of petit larceny. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 10 Kathy Shwiff, 52, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal tampering. She was released to reappear in town court. Nicole Jantz, 21, of Warwick, was charged with petit larceny. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 11 A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released to reappear in town court. Matthew Bates, 32, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation he was released to reappear in village court. Nov. 12 Alanis Cruz, 40, of Clifton, N.J., was charged with failure to display back tag and environmental conservation law violation. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 13 Michael Cottignies, 58, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court.
