Oct. 21 Laura Lolya, 52, of Chester, was charged with ten counts of petit larceny. She was released to reappear in the Village of Warwick and the Town of Warwick Courts. Oct. 24 Martin Larghi, 43, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court. Oct. 25 James Laplaca, 65, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent. He was released to reappear in town court. Vincent Brooks, 40, of Monroe, was charged with two counts of petit larceny. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 26 Terry Vandunk, 33, of Warwick, was charged with four-degree Criminal Sale of Marijuana . He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Oct. 28 Robert Leppert, 22, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 30 Marianne Behle, 60, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent. She was released to reappear in town court.
