Warwick - Here are a number of items from Supervisor Michael P. Sweeton’s office: • Written comments on the Community Preservation Project Plan (CPPP) will be accepted until Aug. 13. The plan can be viewed on the Town Web site, www.townofwarwick.org, on the municipal calendar entry for Aug. 3. • A public hearing entitled “Enactment of ¾ percent Real Estate Transfer Fee” will be held on Thursday, Aug. 17, at 7 p.m. in the Warwick Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway. • The next regular meeting of the Town Board also will be held on Thursday, Aug 17, at 7:30 p.m. in the Warwick Town Hall. • Orange County is accepting up to five tires, 17 inches or less without rings, at the New Hampton Transfer Station during August as a free service to Orange County residents.
