Warwick to offer driver ed this spring

    Warwick — The Warwick Valley School District will be offering a drivers’ education program during the spring semester. This course, open to juniors and seniors, is offered by an independent driving school, at a cost of $300 per student. Any student who wishes to participate in this program must have his or her learner’s permit from the state Motor Vehicle Department and must be 16 years old on or before Jan. 26. Applications, available in the Guidance Office at the High School on Jan. 8, will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis, as enrollment is limited. Payment must be submitted with the application.
