    April 13 • Jose Gill, 45, of Middletown, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. April 14 • Francis R. Smith, 27, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court. • Omir J. Afir, 33, of Warwick, was charged with trespass following an incident on Elm Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. April 15 • A 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old male, both of Warwick, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Parkway. They were released to reappear in village court. The 17-year-old also was arrested on April 18 and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree obstructing government administration following an incident on Clinton Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. April 16 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree obstructing government administration following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. April 17 • Bernard Fink, 51, of Thornwood, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • Kimberly A. Martin-Luyster, 43, of Warwick, was charged with issuing a bad check following an incident on Hathorn Road. She was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court. April 18 • Andrew Schlagler, 34, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree grand larceny, petty larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Joseph Manno, 36, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. April 19 • Gerard Rinaldi, 47, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. April 21 • Two 16-year-old males and two 17-year-old males from Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny following an incident on Nelson Road. All were arraigned by Greenwood Lake Village Justice Nancy Brenner DeAngelo. Three were remanded to the Orange County Jail on bail and one was released on bail. April 23 • Fritz Gantenhammer, 39, of Warwick, was charged third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal contempt following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail. • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second- and third-degree assault, second-degree attempted gang assault, fourth-degree Criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, and resisting arrest following incidents on Silo Lane and Oakland Avenue. He was arraigned by Greenwood Lake Village Justice Nancy Brenner DeAngelo and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.
