He was released to reappear in Town Court • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sutton Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Nov. 8 Rafael Torres, 31, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Nov. 9 • Ricardo A. Ortiz, 33, of Virginia Beach, Va., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in Town Court. Nov. 10 Christopher Melzig, 27, of Warwick, was charged driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and third-degree escape following an incident on Black Rock Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Nov. 11 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. • Brian K. Sullivan, 44, of Needham, Mass., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Grand Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. Nov. 12 • Chelsea Derych, 22, of Warwick; Jill Cianci, 27, of Warwick; and Jennifer Mulligan, 23, of Dumont, N.J., were charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street. They were released to reappear in Village Court. • James Cuomo, 40, of Enola, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Village Court.
