    Sept. 16 •Christopher Zborovan, 32 of Warwick, was charged on an outstanding warrant from the Town of Chester court. He was released on $180 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 9. •Justin Simonetti, 32, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater, both misdemeanors. He was released on $100 cash bail and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 9, 2007. Sept. 19 •Roger K. Peachey, 27of Westbrookville, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct. 9. Sept. 20 •John Robert Lewis, 25, of Chester, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the Town of Chester Court Oct 9, 2007. Sept. 23 Katherine Kolind, 26, Wappingers Falls, was arrested for suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Oct. 25 court appearance. •Jacqueline Egan, 22, of Malbawas was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and suspended registration, both misdemeanors, and was released for a Oct. 25 court appearance. •Brian Mansfield, 39, Walden was arrested for suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Oct. 25 court appearance. Sept. 24 •Linda Demarie, 47, of Tuxedo, was charged with suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and was released for an Oct. 9 court appearance. Sept. 25 •Nicole Prihoda, 30, Congers, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator and suspended registration, both misdemeanors, and was released for an Oct. 9 court appearance. •Tybee Jennings, 29, of Mawah, N.J. was arrested for criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, and for a violation of probation, on a warrant from Orange County Probation, and she was released to zOrange County Probation.
