April 8 • A 19-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Penaluna Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 20-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with grand larceny following an incident on Little York Road. He was released to reappear in town court. April 9 • Joseph Scannello, 44, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • William Browne, 47, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and aggravated driving while intoxicated over .18 percent following an incident on State Highway 94 South. He was released to reappear in town court.. April 11 • Fritznel Beachamps, 30, of the Village of Florida, was arrested on a warrant charging second-degree criminal trespass following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. April 12 • A 17-year-old female from Warwick was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on Bellvale Lakes Road. She was released to reappear in town court. April 14 • Jason Bender, 21, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident State Highway 94 South. He was released to reappear in town court. • An 18-year-old male from Troy was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court.
