    March 17 • Brendan K. Gallagher, 30, of Pearl River, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. March 18 • Candace Dowgin, 24, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Elm Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • Eileen Beysel, 49, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. • Scott Connolly, 36, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment following an incident on Elm Street. He was released to reappear in village court. March 20 • Ronald Thorburn, 27, of Matamoras, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Firehouse Lane. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. March 21 • Dwayne Brooks, 31, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree murder following an incident on Spring Street. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail. • Michael Sands, 30, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. March 23 • Daniel S. Tobin, 30, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. • Keith Moloney, 28, of Greenwood Lake, was arrested on a warrant charging disorderly conduct. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an incident on Sanfordville Road. March 24 • Albert E. Harvey, 54, of Harvey Lake, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. • Christin L. Vanzandt, 21, of Windsor, and David L. Morales, 25, of Johnson City, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Oakland Avenue. They were released to reappear in village court.
