    March 1 • Michel J. Mongelluzzo, 29, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on South Street Extension. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in village court. • A 17-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in village court. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petty larceny following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. March 3 • Andrew Pitsker, 49, of Sussex, N.J., was arrested on a warrant from the City of Newburgh Police Department charging second-degree harassment. He was turned over to the City of Newburgh Police Department. • Joseph J. Marino, 22, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08%, and first-degree harassment following an incident on Campsite Way. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and released to reappear in village court. March 4 • Debra Scialpi, 44, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Nelson Road. She was released to reappear in town court.
