March 1 Michel J. Mongelluzzo, 29, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on South Street Extension. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in village court. A 17-year-old male from Highland Mills was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in village court. A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petty larceny following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. March 3 Andrew Pitsker, 49, of Sussex, N.J., was arrested on a warrant from the City of Newburgh Police Department charging second-degree harassment. He was turned over to the City of Newburgh Police Department. Joseph J. Marino, 22, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08%, and first-degree harassment following an incident on Campsite Way. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and released to reappear in village court. March 4 Debra Scialpi, 44, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Nelson Road. She was released to reappear in town court.
