March 3 A 20-year-old female from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Pine Island Turnpike. She was released to reappear in town court. A 18-year-old male from New York City was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Peter Mami, 27, of Chester, also was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Maple Avenue. He also was arraigned by Farina and released on his own recognizance. March 4 Russell A. Degroat, 31, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Mt. View Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. March 5 Raymond Carlisle, 64, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. March 6 Lee Hup, 42, of Lake Hopatcong, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Public Works Drive. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in town court. Hup also was arrested on March 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. March 7 Miriam Keys, 49, of Port Jervis, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. March 8 A 19-year-old male from Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. March 9 Michael E. Kechner, 48, of Warwick, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. March 10 Joseph C. Burkhardt, 33, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. March 11 Richard J. Tomczak, 24, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Joseph Gottlieb, 40, of Englewood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court.
