Jan. 24 Brynn A. Melder, 31, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to reappear in Village of Greenwood Lake Justice Court. Shane Hewitt, 26, of Bushkill, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Jan. 25 Anthony Ricciardi, 37, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Jordan Mann, 21, of Florida, was charged with petit larceny. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 26 James Warguska, 57, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 28 Joseph Policano, 22, of Wurtsboro, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in village court.
