Dec. 13 Deborah Smith, 46, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. Marisol Garcia-Main, 43, of New York City was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. Nickolas Pregenzer, 29, of Ringwood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 15 William Triplett, 36, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 16 An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Oakland Avenue.
