    Dec. 10 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 13 • Deborah Smith, 46, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. • Marisol Garcia-Main, 43, of New York City was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08% following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. • Nickolas Pregenzer, 29, of Ringwood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 15 • William Triplett, 36, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 16 • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • An 18-year-old female from Warwick was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Oakland Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. • Paul W. Lindbland, 25, of Matamoras, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court.
