Feb. 2 A 20-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with petty larceny following an incident on Little York Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 3 Kevin Vandeweert, 25, of the Village of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $150 bail to reappear in town court. Feb. 4 Mary K. Hoffman, 38, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Liberty Corners Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 8 A 19-year-old female from Lake Katrine was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Upper Hillman Road. She was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. William Mauriello, 22, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Feb. 9 A 19-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on First Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Feb. 10 John M. Treanor, 52, of Chester, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Monica T. Revels, 38, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. Feb. 11 Lynn Casey, 45, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and resisting arrest following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 12 Michael Simpson, 24, of Montgomery, was charged with second-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglar tools and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Amity Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
