A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. A 18-year-old female from Haworth, N.J., was charged with theft of services following an incident on Warwick Turnpike. She was released to reappear in Town Court. May 25 Marian Sierpinski, 42, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. May 26 Guy R. Bogart, 41, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. May 27 Robert Strang, 45, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Strang Lane. He was released on $1,000 to reappear in Town Court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Darin Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail. May 28 Rosaval Boatswain, 57, of Warwick, was charged with failure to provide sustenance following an incident on Onderdonk Road. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Justine Frost, 36, of Mineola, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Amity Court. He was released on $200 bail. May 29 William C. Healey, 50, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Jennifer Houston, 34, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in Town Court. May 30 William D. Wilkins, 28, of Dumont, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on East Shore Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. A 16-year-old female from Sussex, N.J., two 19-year-old females and an 18-year-old female, all from West Milford, N.J., were charged with theft of services following an incident on Warwick Turnpike.
