    Aug. 20 Michael Knight, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 21 Matthew Dennison, 22, of Ozone Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with as blood alcohol content over .08 percent, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and disorderly conduct following an incident on Long Meadow Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Aug. 22 John Mapes, 49, of Pine Island, was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Legion Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. Thomas Leon, 24, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree assault following an incident on Fancher Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Joseph D. Turnbull, 22, of Warwick, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Sheree Harper, 47, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on Grand Street. She was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 23 A 19-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with third-degree attempted assault and resisting arrest following an incident on Hyler Drive. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 24 Lee Bartres, 34, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree gang assault following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail to reappear in village court. An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Ryerson Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Stacey Aho, 31, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fraudulently obtaining a signature following an incident on State Highway 94S. She was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 25 Agustin Analco, 22, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree assault following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail to reappear in village court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, four- and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and displaying a forged inspection certificate following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. A 16-year-old female from Middletown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Howe Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Aug. 27 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petit larceny following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. He was later re-arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Nancy DeAngelo and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $7,500 to reappear in town court. Dominick Dalpizzol, 38, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. A 16-year-old female from Vernon, N.J., a 17-year-old female from Glenwood, N.J., and a 17-year-old male from Highland Lakes, N.J., were charged with theft of services following an incident at the Warwick Drive-In. They were released to reappear in town court. Aug. 28 A 17-year-old female from Greenwood Lake was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. Dusan Conway, 59, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Hoyt Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 29 Jon Claude Piazza, 25, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 30 A 17-year-old-male from West Milford, N.J., was charged with motor vehicle equipped with a police scanner following an incident on Windermere Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court.
