    Feb. 18 • Evan Hynes, 21, of Middletown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Feb. 19 • A 20-year-old and an 18-year-old male, both from Warwick, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Jonathan Court. They were released to reappear in town court. • John Dugan, 23, of Montague, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. Feb. 20 • Carly Kosen, 25, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in town court. • Three 16-year-old females, one 16-year-old male from Warwick and a 16-year-old male from Florida were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sleepy Valley Road. They were released to reappear in town court. • Jennie Gazetas, 41, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. • Mark Christian, 26, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment following an incident on South Street Extension. He was released to reappear in village court. • Remus F. Allen, 30, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on High View Drive. He was released on $150 bail to reappear in Village of Florida Court. Feb. 21 • Roxanne Vandunk, 30, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. She was released on $25 bail to reappear in village court. Feb. 22 • Garrett R. Milligan, 32, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released on $75 bail to reappear in village court. • A 19-year-old male and a 19-year-old female, both of Greenwood Lake, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 17A. They were released on $40 bail to reappear in town court. Feb. 23 • Manolito Perez, 35, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument following an incident that occurred on Main Street. He was arraigned before Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. Feb. 24 • Veronica Pace, 37, of Unionville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. She was released to reappear in village court. Feb. 25 • Kristen Morrow, 26, of Union City, N.J., was arrested on a warrant charging third-degree assault. She was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released to reappear in town court.
