Dec. 28 An 18-year-old male from Tomkins Cove was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 31 Michael Santiago, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in village court.
