June 3 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following an incident on Lindsey Road. He was released to reappear in town court. June 5 • A 17-year-old male from Vernon, N.J., was arrested on a warrant charging driving while intoxicated that was issued by the Village of Warwick Court. Subject was released on $300 bail to reappear in village court. A 19-year-old male from Florida, N.Y., and an 18-year-old male from Warwick were charged with forgery and petty larceny following an incident on County Highway 1. They were released to reappear in town court. June 8 • Aaron Pearce, 26, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Michael P. Romano, 26, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on East Shore Road. He was released on $20 bail to reappear in town court. June 9 • Milton Mann, 50, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on North Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $100 bail. June 10 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Claire Ann Drive. He was released to reappear in town court. • Kevin T. Cunningham, 40, of Warwick, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Village of Florida Court for issuing a bad check. He was released to the Village of Florida Police Department. June 12 • A 19-year-old male from Tuxedo Park was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • A 16-year-old female from Chester was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and trespass following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was released to reappear in town court. • A 16-year-old male from Sugar Loaf and a 16-year-old male from Warwick were charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an incident on Sanfordville Road. They were released to reappear in town court. • Two 17-year-old males from Warwick were charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on County Highway 1. They were released to reappear in town court. June 15 • Kenneth Mazanec, 52, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Old Tuxedo Road. He was released to reappear in town court. June 16 • Stephen Sheedy, 52, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender suspended/revoked documents following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. June 17 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. June 18 • Mildred Oliver, 44, of Mahwah was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Cascade Road. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court.
