Jan. 12 Jacob Schafer, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Yonis Fuentes, 24, of Ozone Park, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court. Jan. 14 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment following an incident Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Theodore E. Johnson, 40, of Belleville, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released n $50 bail to reappear in town court. Jan. 15 Sun Jegal, 29, of Bayside, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Jan. 16 Michael F. Altaro, 22, of Warwick, Michael Yee, 23, of Washingtonville, and a 20-year-old male from Warwick were arrested on warrants charging third-degree criminal possession of controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance following an investigation. They were arraigned before Orange County Court Judge Jeffrey G. Berry and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000. Jan. 17 A 17-year-old female from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Theresa Olsen, 34, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 19 Robert C. Opperman, 29, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 20 Thomas Key, 30, of Washingtonville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Little York Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 21 Sandra Doolan, 34, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Railroad Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 22 A 20-year-old male from Middletown was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 23 Gary S. Paolini, 21, of Warwick, and a 19-year-old male also from Warwick were charged with being a fugitive from justice following the execution of a warrant from the Sussex County Prosecutors Office charging burglary. They were arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail to await extradition. Lewis C. Massa, 29, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Sander Edel, 24, of Queens Village, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Elm Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court.
