Oct. 8 Tiffany A. Topel, 26, of Port Jervis, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. She was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 9 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree criminal tampering; a 19-year-old female from Prattsburgh was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree criminal tampering; a 17-year-old male from Spring Glen was charged with fifth-degree Criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree criminal tampering and third-degree criminal mischief; a 17-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with third-degree criminal tampering; and a 16-year-old male from Chester was charged with criminal tampering and petty larceny. All were released to reappear in town court. Richard Storms, 25, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. Oct. 10 A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with reckless driving following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Michael P. Jenkins, 43, of Sterling Forest, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on South Street Extension He was released to reappear in village court. Robert J. Whitehead, 53, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 12 A 16-year-old from Warwick was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance following an incident on Iron Forge Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 14 A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Oct. 15 Harry Cortez, 53, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in town court.
