Sept. 27 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon and driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. • Velma J. Pringle, 37, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Alexander Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 29 • A 18-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was arraigned by Greenwood Lake Village Justice Nancy Brenner DeAngelo and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Sept. 30 • Jose Candelaria-Garcia, 21, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Neil Scarfuto, 29, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. • A 20-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 1 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 4 • A 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. • Mart Vahar, 41, of Newtonville, Mass., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. • Marvin James, 29, of Port Jervis, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Katelyn Court. He was released to reappear in town court. Oct. 6 • Kevin P. Kelly, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Oct. 7 • Bruce Wilkens, 40, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident South Street, He was released to reappear in village court. • Nils Sorensen, 31, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Big Island Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Richard Storms, 25, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court.
