    Jan. 21 • An 18-year-old female from Cornwall and two 17-year-old females from Warwick were charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Village Cove. They were released to reappear in village court. Jan. 22 • Colleen Schupner, 37, of Bloomingburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Pulaski Highway. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 23 • Daniel Olson, 37, of Chester, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and released on $500 bail to reappear in town court. • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $500 bail to reappear in town court. Jan. 24 • Cynthia Srednicki, 37, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Cliff Road. She was released on an appearance ticket to reappear in town court. • Two 19-year-old males from Middletown were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Oakland Avenue. They were released to reappear in village court. Jan. 26 • Darlene Bowers, 54, of Barryville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. • Jimmie Simmons, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Richard Storms, 25, of Warwick, and Amy Sisco, 22, of Bullville, were charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree unlawful imprisonment following an incident on Sleepy Valley Road. Sisco also was charged with third-degree intimidating a victim or witness. Both were released to appear in town court. Chester Town Police Jan. 20 • Christopher Hanlon, 41, of Newton, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Feb. 5 in town court. • Sharon Washington, 45, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance to appear Feb. 13 in town court. Jan. 24 • Robert M. Conners, 29, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Feb. 13 in town court. Jan. 25 • Brian J. Dowling, 34, of Monroe, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, reckless driving and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, all misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance to appear Feb. 13 in town court.
