Feb. 20 • Stephen C. Sheedy, 52, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Alberto Rivera, 37, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree attempted assault following an incident on Mountainside Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 21 • Patrick J. Fanning, 43, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street Extension. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Feb. 24 • Jonathan W. Duelks, 24, of Pine Island, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court.
