    Sept. 20 • A 20-year-old male from Unionville was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Sept. 24 • Tracy N. Williams-Pompey, 45, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing following an incident on Alexander Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 25 • A 19-year-old male from Westtown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 26 • Jon Berry, 30, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. • Luis Herrera, 39, of New York, N.Y., was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following an incident on Alexander Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 27 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $5,000 bail.
