June 24 A 19-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment following incidents on Old Dutch Hollow Road, Nelson Road and Forest Drive. June 25 Elijah Defreese, 28, of the Village of Florida, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree menacing following an incident on Glenmere Homesites Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $2,000 bail to reappear in town court. Elizabeth Kiczalis, 53, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree custodial interference and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Cropsey Street. She was released to reappear in village court. Ronald Olsen, 49, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. June 26 Charles T. Dileo, 37, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Cascade Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Michael P. Blount, 43, of Franklin Lakes, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. June 28 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Old Ridge Road. He was released to reappear in town court. An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Mila Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. An 18-year-old female also was arrested and charged with sixth-degree conspiracy. She was released to reappear in town court. June 29 Matthew W. McPherson, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Spring Street. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. July 1 Michael C. Knight, 21, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree criminal sale of marijuana, second-degree criminal possession of Marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on County Highway 1. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. A 19-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court.
