May 30 An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree obstructing government administration and resisting arrest following an incident on Kay Road. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. June 1 Two 18-year-old males and two 17-year-old males from Warwick were charged with trespass following an incident on Water Plant Road. There were released on an appearance ticket to appear in village court. John C. Diaz, 45, of Crystal Lake, Ill., was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident Elm Street. He was released to reappear in village court. June 2 Two 17-year-old females from Warwick, one 18-year-old male from Bronx and one 17-year-old female from Marlboro were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Orchard Street. All were released to reappear in village court. Richard L. Stevens, 37 of Warwick, was arrested on a warrant charging disorderly conduct from the Town of Clarkstown Police Department. He was released to reappear in the Town of Clarkstown Court. A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment following an incident on Lindsey Road. He was released to reappear in town court.
