    Nov. 13 Brian Friedler, 23, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Nov. 14 Fray Fuller, 23, of Warwick, and Travis G. Mann, 24, of Florida, were charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Glenmere Homesites Road. They were released to reappear in town court. Nov. 17 Jacqueline G. Ras, 51, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving hile intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 19 Joseph Cronin, 50, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Robert Stabile, 47, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. Albert F. Lepera, 33, of Franklin, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 20 John A. Shelley, 72, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon following an incident on Ackerman Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Austin Decker, 42, of Warwick, was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. James J. Obrotka, 21, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of an accident following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 21 Dominick Magarucci, 38, of Hawthorn, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. A 17-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, petty larceny and possession of burglar tools following an incident on Wickham Drive. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Nov. 23 Daniel Orama, 30, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Park Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. Greg Whritenour, 47, of Hawley, Pa., was charged with petty larceny following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court.
