    Jan. 7 • Cara M. Taylor, 38, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident that occurred on Lakes Road. She was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Michael Sarnicola, 24, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Homestead Village Drive. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 9 • Perry Williams, 51, of Newburgh, was charged withthird-degree aggravated unlicensed operation 3following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 10 • Elijah T. Defreese, 29, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Park Drive. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released on $500 bail to reappear in town court. • Steven Phifer, 44, of Pine Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 11 • Juan Rodriquez, 30, of Pine Island, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of an accident following an accident on Round Hill Road. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail to reappear in town court. Jan. 12 • Jacob A. Schafer, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident County Highway 1. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • Yonis Fuentes, 24, of Ozone Park, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident State Highway 17A. He was released on $250 bail to reappear in town court.
