    Oct. 7 • Michael Aumick, 53, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 9 • Danielle Deluccia, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment following an incident on Highland Avenue. She was released to reappear in Village Court. • James Brightbill, 21, of Chester, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt following an incident on McEwen Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Roy Crawford, 54, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released for Village Court. Oct. 10 • Peter Prestigiacomo, 52, of Warwick, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released for Town Court. Oct. 12 • James Monroe, 44, of Middletown, was charged with second degree obstructing government administration following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 13 • Meahan Beck, 21, of Wallkill, was charged with failure to surrender a suspended license following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was released to reappear in Town Court.
