Oct. 7 Michael Aumick, 53, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 9 Danielle Deluccia, 29, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment following an incident on Highland Avenue. She was released to reappear in Village Court. James Brightbill, 21, of Chester, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt following an incident on McEwen Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Roy Crawford, 54, of Vernon, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released for Village Court. Oct. 10 Peter Prestigiacomo, 52, of Warwick, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released for Town Court. Oct. 12 James Monroe, 44, of Middletown, was charged with second degree obstructing government administration following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 13 Meahan Beck, 21, of Wallkill, was charged with failure to surrender a suspended license following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was released to reappear in Town Court.
