May 9 • A 17-year-old from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Forester Avenue. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. May 10 • Gloria A. Uzar-Michael, 47, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on VanDuzer Place. She was released to reappear in village court. May 11 • Michael Byrne, 30, of Pine Bush, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court.
