    Oct. 31 • Diana Bergonzi, 22, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny following an incident on Forester Avenue. She was released to reappear in Village Court. Nov. 1 • Justin Tucker, 24, of Hamburg, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. • Christie Iurato, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in town court. • A 16-year-old female from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at Cascade Lake Park. She was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 2 • Christopher Clark, 21, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at Cascade Lake Park. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 3 • A 19-year-old male from Chester was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, following an incident on State Highway 17A. An 18-year-old male from Chester also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. They were released to reappear in village court. • A 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lawrence Road. He was released to reappear in Town court. • A 18-year-old male from Nyack was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of marijuana following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released on $140 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 4 • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was arrested and charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was arrested on a warrant from the Greenwood Lake Police Department, charging first-degree rape. He was turned over to the Greenwood Lake Police Department. Nov. 5 • Selton Farmer, 37, of Brooklyn, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $150 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 6 • Timothy R. Flaherty, 41, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court.
