July 12 • Charley Defreese, 26, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on McEwen Street. She was released to reappear in Village Court. July 13 • A 20-year-old male from Pine Island was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $500 bail to reappear in Town Court. July 14 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal facilitation and second-degree harassment following an incident on River Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. July 15 • Daniel F. Rich, 35, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Jason A. Manclow, 31, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in Town Court. July 16 • Jacqueline L. McAteer, 36, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree harassment following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was released to reappear in the Village of Greenwood Lake Court. She also was arrested in a separate incident and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in Village of Warwick Court. July 19 • Daniel M. Costello, 36, of Warwick, was cited for speed and unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court.
