March 2 • Joseph Costanzo, 55, of Otisville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. March 3 • Steven M. Cassese, 46, of Hawley, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was turned over to Suffern Police. March 5 • A 20-year-old Warwick male was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. March 7 • John A. Collora, 47, of Warwick, was charged third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and released to appear in village court. He was charged later in the day with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and released to appear in town court. March 9 • Andrew Williams, 40, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released. • Jacqueline McAteer, 39, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree obstructing government administration and resisting arrest following an incident on Hazen Street. She was arraigned in Village of Greenwood Lake Justice Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $750 bail. • Richard Citelli, 49, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Wickham Drive. He was released to reappear in town court.
