Nov. 5 • Four young males from Garfield, N.J., ranging in age from 16 to 20, were charged with trespass following an incident on Brook Trail. They were released to reappear in town court. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree Criminal Possession of Stolen Property following an incident on Glenwood Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Nov. 6 • Patrick Kimball, 38, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Hoyt Road. He was released to reappear in town court. • Shane P. Hewitt, 22, of Glenwood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Hoyt Road. He was released on $25 bail to reappear in town court. Nov. 10 • April Horvath, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court. • Jessica Reinhardt, 21, of Central Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. • Jonathan Warter, 23, of Chester, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in town court. • Patrick Lennon, 23, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released on $80 bail to reappear in town court. • Richard Keifer, 21, of Warwick, was arrested on a warrant from the Town of Chester Police Department. He was turned over to the Town of Chester Police.
