Dec. 27 John Augustyn, 38, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Big Island Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Darelene Woodstead, 40, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault and trespassing following an incident on Cascade Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Jack Gilbert, 61, of New York City, was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and unlawful fleeing following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. Dec. 29 Kelly Blaikner, 41, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94N. She was released to reappear in town court. Todd Sinclair, 25, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Dec. 31 A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing following an incident on Regent Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Joseph Slicker, 62, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree assault following an incident on Regent Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 1 Ofir Sperling, 41, of Stratford, Conn., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $60 bail to reappear in town court. An 18-year-old male from Riverside, Conn., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 2 Bryan Markiet, 38, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Pulaski Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. Michael Ryan, 43, of Kings Park, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Edward Defreese, 62, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Michael Barton, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident Cascade Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 3 Vanessa Fagan, 26, of Highland Falls, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Kings Highway.
