Jan. 10 A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. A 17-year old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree assault, second-degree menacing and second-degree reckless endangerment following an incident on Darin Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Craig Curry, 45, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and second-degree reckless endangerment following an incident on Williams Drive. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and released on $500 bail. Matthew Bates, 26, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $80 bail to reappear in village court. Jan. 12 Richard D. McDonough, 42, of Middletown, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Quaker Creek Lane. He was released to reappear in town court. Kerri Pritchard, 21, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and leaving the scene of an motor vehicle accident that occurred on Lakes Road. She was released to reappear in town court. A 19-year-old male from Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 13 Joseph Squillante, 41, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. Daniel Hargis, 28, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing following an incident on Spring Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Felix Fernandez, 34, of Florida, N.Y., was arrested on a warrant charging petty larceny. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $100 bail. Jan. 14 Andrea R. Bailey, 23, of Montague, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Jan. 16 Vincent Rudinski, 51, of Pine Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street Extension. He was released to reappear in village court.
