Jan. 15 • A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on N. Main Street. She was released to reappear in the Village of Florida Court. Jan. 16 • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Jan. 17 • Colin T. Buckner, 22, of Westtown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Galloway Road. He was released to reappear in village court. • Jaime E. Cleary, 29, of Midland Park, N.J., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on East Shore Road. She was released to reappear in town court. Jan. 18 • Kevin Vandeweert, 24, of Chester, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. • Kimberly Bivens, 25, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender license and registration documents following an incident on Oakland Avenue. She was released on $30 bail to reappear in village court. Jan. 19 • Lonnie Reel, 48, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Evan Road. He was released to reappear in town court.
