Jan. 10 • Thomas C. Bell, 23, of Highland Lakes, N.J., and a 19-year-old female from Branchville, N.J., were charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Oil City Road. Both were released to reappear in Town Court. • Carol J. Verbovsky, 51, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 11 • Oscar L. Garcia, 29, of Pine Island, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Big Island Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. • John T. Augustyn, 33, of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Jan. 13 • Ryan Torres, 27, of Westbrookville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Second Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • A 17-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Sanfordville Road. She was released to reappear in Town Court. • Milton Mann, 48, of Warwick, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following an incident on North Street. He was arraigned by Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Jan. 15 • Barry E. Breeman, 55, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • Anthony Sole, 39, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
