    Oct. 3 • John M. Scorzello, 22, of Warwick, was charged with open container violation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Oct. 5 • Hector Lopez, 21, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Spring Street. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $250 bail. • Bruce Hallowell, 49, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree forgery following an incident on Ronald Reagan Boulevard. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Oct. 6 • Scott Emmerich, 54, of Florida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jessup Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 7 • A 17-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 8 • Lawton D. Murray, 21, of the Bronx, was charged with public lewdness following an incident on Wheeler Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. • A 17-year-old male from Hewitt, N.J, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on Brady Road. He was released on $1,000 bail to reappear in Town Court.
