July 14 Timothy Gallagher, 41, of Warwick, charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. July 15 Two 17-year-old females, a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old female, all from Warwick, were charged with trespass following an incident on State Highway 17A. They were released to reappear in town court. Marc A. Freier, 30, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. July 16 Dave Dixon, 21, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated - over .08 percent following an incident on Kings Highway. He was released to reappear in town court. July 19 Alfred Glover, 24, of Albany, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street Extension. He was released on $200 bail to reappear in village court. Dean Read, 44, of Highland, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Kings Highway. July 20 Christopher Whitsell, 22, of Monroe; Courtney Turner, 21, of Marlboro; a 19-year-old male from Red Hook; an 18-year-old male from Greenwood Lake; and a 20-year-old male from Greenwood Lake were charged with trespass following an incident on Shore Avenue. They were released to reappear in town court. July 21 Francis R. Smith, 28, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was released to reappear in town court. July 23 An 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old male from Warwick were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property following an incident on Dekay Road and released to reappear in town court. David F. Vasquez, 25, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in town court. Sarah Predmore, 23, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Galloway Road. She was released to reappear in village court.
