July 11 A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and sent to the Orange County Jail on $500 bail. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released to reappear in town court. July 12 Jon Gambino, 23, of Pine Island, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court. Kim Charalambides, 35, of Sterling Forest, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. She was released to reappear in town court. July 13 A 20-year-old female from Monroe was charged with third-degree assault. She was released to reappear in town court. Jennifer Lybolt, 41, of Monroe was charged with first-degree harassment. She was released to reappear in town court. Michael Sylvester, 23, of Newburgh, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. He was released to reappear in town court. July 16 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petit larceny. He was released to reappear in village court. July 17 Judith Isoldi, 51, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree forgery. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released on $1,000 bail.
