Feb. 15 Tonya Windley, 36, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following an incident on Kings Highway. She was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 16 Gary C. Carter, 53, of Bloomingburg, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lakes Road. He was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 17 A 17-year old-male and an 18-year-old male, both from Warwick, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of alcohol following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Christopher Kehoe, 26, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child following an incident on Forester Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. John Hill, 47, of Warwick, was charged with issuing a bad check following an incident Main Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Michael Cassidy, 21, of Westtown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in town court. Feb. 19 Brandon Owens, 23, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Kenneth E. Sogaro, 44, of Highland Lakes, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated special vehicle following an incident on State Highway 94S. He was released to reappear in town court. A 20-year-old male from Fairlawn, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Feb. 20 Paul J. Marshall, 24, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Orchard Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Feb. 23 A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Lower Wisner Road. He was released to reappear in town court.
