    April 9 • Michael R. Sarnicola, 22, of New York, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Hawthorne Avenue. He was released on $120 bail to reappear in town court. • Gordon C. Forte, 52, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with failure to provide sustenance and failure to provide shelter following an incident on Brook Trail. A 17-year-old male also was arrested on the same charges. Both were released to reappear in town court. • An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. April 10 • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree attempted gang assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree menacing and third-degree assault following an incident on Silo Lane. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released on $1,500 bail. April 11 • Alexander Cerwinski, 37, of Newton, N.J., was arrested on a warrant charging driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $350 bail. • A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Sanfordville road. He was released to reappear in town court.
