She was released to reappear in village court. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petty larceny following an incident on Cedar Hill Drive. He was released to reappear in town court. July 31 • A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. • A 19-year-old female from Brooklyn was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released on $50 bail to reappear in town court. Aug. 1 An 18-year-old male from Sugar Loaf was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Grand Street. He was released to reappear in village court. • Jason Postel, 37, of Livingston, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. Aug. 2 • Cheryl A. Fitzpatrick, 35, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Main Street. She was released to reappear in village court. • Rene Simon-Garcia, 30, of Passaic, N.J., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Main Street. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Village Court.
