    Dec. 30 • Daniel P. McCormick, 43, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with petty larceny and fugitive from justice following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $1,000 bail. • Jimmie Simmons, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 1 • Keith Moloney, 27, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Lock Lane. He was released to reappear in town court. • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Grand Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 2 • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 3 • James Brush, 48, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue He was released on $100 bail to reappear in village court. Jan. 4 • Christopher Kehoe, 25, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Overhill Lane. He was released to reappear in town court. • John Castrovillari, 24, of Pine Island, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 5 • A 16-year-old male from Milford, Pa., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an incident on Memorial Park Road. He was released to reappear in village court. Jan. 6 • Dennis Anaya, 24, of Warwick, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in town court. • Patrick Kelly, 22, of Highland Mills, and a 17-year-old male, also of Highland Mills, were charged with trespass following an incident on Covered Bridge Road. They were released to reappear in town court. Jan. 7 • A 17-year-old female from Goshen was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on State Highway 94. She was released to reappear in town court. Chester Town Police Dec. 31 • Gregory M. Seth, 47, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Chester Town Court on Feb. 5. Jan. 2 • Kiean Asevedo, 20, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in Chester Town Court on Feb. 5. Jan. 4 • Steven M. Maliani, 23, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He is due back in Chester Town Court on Jan. 8.
