    Sept. 2 • Richard A. Pennings, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Wawayanda Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Kenneth Roman, 22, of Middletown, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny following an incident on Homestead Village Drive. He was arraigned by Village of Warwick Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Sept. 3 • Erik J. Bergman, 27, of Mahwah, N.J., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Gerardo T. Lopez, 35, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Sept. 4 • Jacqueline N. Giampietro, 21, of Harriman, an 18-year-old female from Warwick, a 19-year-old male from Warwick and a 16-year-old male from Warwick were charged with trespass following an incident on River Street. They were released to reappear in Village Court. • Brandon R. Masker, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following and incident on Newport Bridge Road. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 5 • Brian M. Ward, 23, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated over .08 percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an incident on Lake Shore Drive. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Edward R. Strobl, 44, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 7 • James Johnson, 31, of Harris, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny following an incident on Greenview Lane. He was arraigned by Village of Warwick Justice Richard Farina and released on $500 bail to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 9 • David B. Haurey, 40, of Wantage, N.J., was charged with littering following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. • Renee C. Kierzkowski, 30, of Monroe, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and driving while impaired following an incident on Jersey Avenue. She was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released on $250 bail to reappear in Town Court.
