    Sept. 11 Luan Rukiqi, 29, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon following an incident on Railroad Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Daniel Coleman and released to reappear in court. Sept. 12 A 17-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in village court. Sept. 13 Engjell Valteri, 22, of Lodi, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Oakland Avenue. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in village court. Sept. 15 Richard L. Stevens, 37, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree forgery and petty larceny following an incident on South Street Extension. He was arraigned by Warwick Village Justice Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail to reappear in village court. Sept. 16 • A 17-year-old female from Greenwood Lake was charged with driving while intoxicated following an incident on State Highway 17A. She was released to reappear in town court. • Pyi Aung, 21, of Ringwood, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $40 bail to reappear in town court. • Ruth Snowden, 54, of Westtown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on West Street. She was released to reappear in town court. Sept. 17 • Jill Cianci, 26, of Warwick, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following an incident on Maple Avenue. She was released to reappear in village court.
